In House

In order to give the best service and quality that you the customer deserves, we have since our beginning in 1969 had a policy of producing as many of the printing processes in house.

With quality of product being our paramount concern, we endeavour to maintain complete control of as many aspects of the production of our work as possible by keeping processes in house rather than farming them out to a third party.

To this end, reprographics, proofing, printing and finishing are all under one roof, and all come under the auspices of our current ISO 9001 Quality Management accreditation.

Our pre-press department now incorporates the latest Fuji Rampage workflow system which has streamlined production and ensures that our digital proofs are of a quality consistent with the ISO Coated V2 standard, and are calibrated to provide a true representation of what can be reproduced on press.

Our print room houses two Roland five colour presses (both at B2 format, and with perfecting capabilities), and a four colour Heidelberg B3 machine, affording us the flexibility to produce an extraordinarily wide range of printed work, from short run single colour leaflets and stationery to high end corporate, financial and promotional material.

Any printed matter that comes off our presses will progress seamlessly to our own finishing department, where the range of equipment detailed in our plant list rivals that of many trade facilities, again ensuring that wherever possible your job will be handled entirely by our own skilled workforce. Wire stitching, die cutting, complex folding schemes, quality-critical handwork and fulfilment can all be accommodated in house. Where your requirements do demand processes that are beyond our current remit, such as laminating, specialised impact printing or mailing,  you can rest assured that we only sub-contract work to long-standing partners who we trust implicitly.

Deliveries which cannot be fulfilled by our own logistics department are similarly only entrusted to couriers who have demonstrated over an extended period of time that they can relied upon to comply with our instructions and your requirements.

From start to finish, therefore, we aim to have the stringent quality checks in place that you would expect, without compromise, for every job we undertake.
